WHY FENCE IT RITE

We understand that your fence is not necessarily like some one elses.  We listen to you and what you need and take it from there.

Our workmanship is guaranteed for 12 months, and we provide you with any warranty details that the supplier can provide.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR ME TO GET MY QUOTE

We will call you within 2 business days of your initial enquiry and gather some more information.  We will then organise a site visit and provide a 2 hour timeframe of when we will be there, and call on the way. 

 

You will receive your quote generally via email between 2 and 4 business days after we have visited your property (depending on the complexity and whether we need quotes from suppliers).

 

If you have not received it please contact us. Sometimes mail and emails go astray and we would rather receive a phone call to send it again, than for you not to get it at all.

WHY HAVE I GOT TWO (OR MORE) QUOTES?

We quite often provide two quotes for each job. This gives you an option of comparing different materials and costs for your fence e.g. Timber and Colorbond. It may also be that you have fencing shared with different neighbours. Please check the wording on the quote to see which section of fence each quote refers to.

I WANT YOU TO GO AHEAD, WHAT DO I DO NOW?

Please complete the quote acceptance.  This can be done via the link on-line if your neighbours signature is not required, or you can print the quote and have yourself and your neighbour sign where indicated.  A deposit is required to lock in the job.  The details for the deposit required will be detailed on the quote itself.

WHEN IS FINAL PAYMENT DUE?

On completion of the job. If payment is not received then you may be charged late penalty fees.

HOW LONG WILL IT BE AFTER I SIGN MY QUOTE BEFORE THE JOB WILL BE DONE?

It depends on work load at the time and supplier lead time.
We do our best to service all of our customers as quickly as possible.  We schedule jobs based on the date we receive the signed quotation and the initial deposit.

DO I NEED TO BE AT HOME FOR THE INSTALLATION OR FOR THE MATERIAL DELIVERY.

It is not essential that you are home for either of these things.  If materials are being delivered and you are not at home, we ask the courier to leave the goods as close to the position you request as possible.

During the installation we do need access to both power and water.  We also ask if you have any pets to have them put away safely for the installation period.  It is not necessary for you to be at home though.

REMOVAL OF RUBBISH

If specified on the quote that we are to demolish, remove and disposal of an old existing fence, then this will all be removed.  General rubble from the work site is not removed, however the site will be left as clean as possible.

WHAT IF MY NEIGHBOUR DOES NOT WANT TO APPROVE THE QUOTE.

The dividing fences act says that each party of a dividing fence is to contribute equally to the construction of a sufficient fence.  Each local government area has a different "sufficient fence" stipulation.  You can get the detail from your area from either phoning your council or looking on their web-site.
